Hotel

Traditional hotel with warm rooms, a spa & a restaurant, plus free Wi-Fi & breakfast.

Terrific hotel. The staff was nothing but friendly and kind. The room was nice and fresh. Very clean in all aspects from the room to lobby to the grounds. The breakfast is very under reported on here and other sites as it was GREAT and it was a nice spread for a breakfast at a hotel with eggs and bacon and sausage and home fries, bagels and muffins and toast and cereal. I have no complaints what so ever of this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient location to the falls or to the old fort. We could see the sunset over Canada from our bed! Can't wait to go back!!!

As usual we had a wonderful weekend! Staff was excellent and super friendly. We have been coming here for years and will continue to return. Just wish the new owners had left the old time feel and weren't trying to make it modern looking. . That used to be our favorite part of this property.

OH MY GOD. I Am a frequent traveler. Iv been to fancy hotels in Europe, South &North America but I wanna say.. this is the most beautiful, friendly hotel I have ever been too!** I am also a Travel Agent, so I know my stuff**1) we were greeted by a very patient and friendly lady at front desk who informed us about all of hotel’s details and collected the payment.2) hotel is absolutely stunning inside and out. Modern and elegant look, EXTREMELY large rooms (no kidding, my jaw dropped when I walked in) AND PET FRIENDLY!!!!3) includes breakfast and has Wine bottles/sodas for purchase at lobby.(Might be or not wine drunk in my room rn)Overall, amazing experience. Beautiful hotel. Booked last minute and its one of the cheapest places in Niagara area!Never been happier with my stay. Will be back x100!!

I had my wedding here yesterday 5/31/24 and it was absolutely incredible! It over looks the water and has a beautiful patio for ceremony, and a beautiful banquet room for the reception! & Every single staff member was so kind and helpful, the bartenders, waitresses, front desk, everyone was so wonderful! Kristi was the sweetest , she organized everything for me , turned on all my centerpieces, took down everything at the end of the night and put it the side for me, she went above and beyond all of our expectations! She really made my dreams come true, she made my day go as smooth and as easily as possible! I'm so grateful we chose this venue! All our guest raved about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was and how wonderful of a time they had! 10/10 would recommend to anyone getting married in the future!

We came up to spend Thanksgiving weekend visiting Niagara Falls and the location of this hotel is great! The rooms were spacious and clean and there was a very nice fireplace to keep the room warm. Best of all, this hotel is pet friendly and I was able to bring my corgi along on the trip. Anna, who was working at the front desk the night we arrived, was very kind and accommodating. She even typed up a list of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Additionally, I got a wonderful massage at their spa, which was very relaxing. We will most certainly be back!

We had our daughters wedding 9/24/22 and it was a fabulous time. Kendelle did an amazing job at coordinating the whole affair. The whole staff was very accommodating. The bridal suite was spacious with a nice balcony to go out and take in the views for the Niagara River and take in the beautiful sunset. The food was spectacular. I would recommend this venue to everyone. Thanks for a great time!

The room we got was very basic. The shower was a little weird in design. But a very classic feel to the place. The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was great! Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, fruit, make your own waffles with the waffle maker. Great view of the river, just really good overall experience.

I had a phenomenal stay here. The front desk staff are so sweet and accommodating. The room and bathroom were both clean and had what we needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety. The location was perfect, peaceful, and safe.I’d like to personally thank Nicole for being accommodating and allowing us to shower after a long day once we had already checked out.

We were not impressed with the room we had. We expressed when booking we were coming for our wedding nights (2 night stay) and the room was not worth the price we paid!!The dresser/refrigerator storage was clearly damaged from wear and tear and looked in need of replacement or repair. Several spots on the walls dinged up and had been patched up but not painted so there were multiple white spots on the tan walls. Big cob webs on the ceiling. Dripping faucets. Oh and let’s not forget the mirror in the bathroom was tilted downward perfectly so you could watch yourself going to the bathroom. What?!! The tilt functionality of it didn’t work to tilt it back up. I made due with placing a towel behind it to change the view.Room had spectacular view of muddy paths. (Sense the sarcasm). The air conditioner was clearly on its last legs and had an obnoxious constant ticking sound.I just think they’re not taking care of the hotel properly. The girls at front desk were very nice and helpful…coming to room to help with the a/c controls.Breakfast was standard nothing to rave or complain about there. When we went to check out there wasn’t a person at the desk just a basket that said leave room cards here. What??This hotel has a prime beautiful location and has potential to be awesome. Whoever is managing it isn’t doing the best job so it can live up to its potential. It’s a shame.Sincerely a disappointed bride for her wedding nights. Our stay was Sept 16-18, 2023

I was there on April 12, 2024 to spend a quiet weekend away with my wife for the first time in years. We've been under a lot of stress because of my father's seven suicide, and and many difficult health issues. When we got there we had to call the desk twice because people were making a lot of noise in the hallways at 10:00 at night. Apparently they were setting up for a party and popping champagne. The next day we had to spend a roughly 8 hours away from the hotel because there is a party 50 ft away from our door from a local university celebrating their halfway to graduation party. Nothing like celebrating Mickey nothing like celebrating mediocrity... We ask repeatedly for the desk to go upstairs and shut the doors to help muffle the noise, And that lasted less than 5 minutes until the young people partying prop the doors open with a desk. We had to spend nearly the entire time we were there outside because the DJ kept pumping up the music. Was the worst time I've ever spent in a hotel and I have four children that play travel hockey. We made complaints we never heard back. I do understand that your general manager was in a car accident, but but my father had just committed suicide I needed a weekend away for my four children so I could think. Thank you for ruining that.

This was an excellent place to stay. Great staff, rooms are very clean and luxurious, and the continental breakfast was nice. I recommend staying in the offseason however because prices can get steep if not. Fantastic location.

We have been coming to this hotel for many years now and have always loved the charm of the hotel/rooms. Sadly things have changed drastically. The room upgrades are terrible and they have completely destroyed the look and feel of what was such a unique vibe. To give you and example, before they used to have lovely hutches where you could hang your clothes. Now they have these horrendous metal racks sticking out from the wall. Makes it feel like a cheap Motel 6. I wish they would have kept the same look and feel. The only saving grace is the staff and location.

3 star!? I do not understand how! This hotel is AMAZING and the staff are fantastic. I can honestly say this hotel is atleast a 4 star and I've been in 5 star hotels that had less friendly staff and smaller rooms. The rooms are enormous and very clean. Obviously it is an older hotel but taking that into account it delivers amazing value for price. The parking is plentiful and the overflow parking is a 1 minute walk. Check-in was simple and efficient and the check in/front desk clerk was a very polite and professional young man. Every one of the staff here says hello and goes above and beyond. The Fairmont could learn some lessons from management. Fantastic - we will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Niagara Crossing Hotel and Spa for a romantic getaway to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. From the moment we arrived on Monday, August 7, until our departure on Wednesday, August 9, our experience was absolutely fantastic. I would confidently give our stay a full five stars. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional room quality. Our room was tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room's design, from the choice of furniture to the calming color scheme. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious our room was, creating an inviting atmosphere where we could truly relax.Cleanliness is always a top priority for us, and the Niagara Crossing Hotel and Spa went above and beyond our expectations. The room was immaculately clean upon our arrival, showcasing the hotel's commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. The layout of the room was well thought out, maximizing the space and allowing for easy movement. We appreciated the efficient use of storage options, as it made organizing our belongings a breeze. The bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep. The bedding was soft and luxurious, adding to the overall comfort level. It was evident that the hotel prioritized guest comfort when choosing the mattresses and bedding, as we woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated each morning.Although there was a small negative aspect to our stay, it was inconsequential to us. The creaky wood subfloors resulted in some noise from our upstairs neighbors walking around. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact our overall experience. The hotel staff truly made our stay memorable. They were enjoyable and polite, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.Included breakfast options at hotels can be hit or miss, but the Niagara Crossing Hotel and Spa's breakfast was undeniably great by hotel standards. We were delighted by the variety of options available, ensuring that there was something to suit everyone's taste. The food was fresh, delicious, and wonderfully presented, providing the perfect start to our days.In conclusion, our stay at the Niagara Crossing Hotel and Spa was a truly exceptional experience. The room quality, cleanliness, and layout exceeded our expectations, with the comfortable bed ensuring a restful sleep each night. Although there was a minor inconvenience with the creaky wood subfloors, it did not detract from our overall enjoyment. The staff was delightful, and the included breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Niagara.

When I first entered the hotel to check in, the ceiling and light fixtures above were shaking significantly from a wedding going on above. When I first opened the door to my room, I got a very strong nursing home smell. The room was quite large, but had a weird layout. The furniture looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster. It had serious scratches and gashes that couldn't have come from normal wear and tear. There were random light switches that didn't do anything. The lighting was super blue and sterile feeling. The internet was unusable, so I just left my data on. They also only provide you with soap and shampoo in the room, and then a note in there to see the front desk if you want other toiletries. This felt very cheap to me. The whole experience felt like a college landlord apartment. It seemed like they got the bottom-dollar contractor for every task. Definitely a contender for the worst hotel I've stayed at. Also, I know design is subjective, but the carpeting was pretty rough. The location was lovely though. We ended getting Chinese takeout and hanging out in the park by the river. The biggest redemption for this hotel was the breakfast. They do provide a quality breakfast. And the lady at the front desk was very kind as well. I just get the vibe that the owner puts the bare minimum into maintenance.

We had booked at another local cabin and after 2 hours of trying to contact someone as we couldn't get in. We walked in to Niagara Crossing and was greeted by Taylor, not only extremely helpfully but excellent at her job! We had a nicer place, better service and only for a few dollars more. The whole place was imacculant and we're already making plans to return thanks to Taylor's excellent customer service and personality!

This location is an older but well appointed hotel 🏨.Large lobby with a complimentary breakfast area and plenty of lovely ☺️ seating. The room was very large with a lovely 🥰 river view.We are planning to return in the summer, as there is a lovely area to walk to close to the waterfront, or to the downtown area of Lewiston. Make sure to visit the yummy pizza 🍕 shop and the bakeries 🥯 bakeries 🧁 are not to be missed. We had an amazing 🤩 visit. Thank you, Niagara crossing hotel and spa.

The hotel is need of a renovation!Bathrooms dated ! No vanity mirror. Room layout strange ! Windows don’t open ! Walls thin you hear every foot step above . Paint chipped stains on ceilings. The nicest thing about the hotel is the outside brick, breakfast and view !They honestly need to start renovating the rooms. Sadly I was disappointed by my visit!Sink plug disgusting! No management available to address my concerns

This hotel was amazing. We had a beautiful king bed riverview suite. When we checked in the front desk was friendly and kind. Our suite was clean and spacious. We had a fireplace, two TVs, sitting area, and generously sized bedroom! The bathroom had a seperate shower and a bathtub. The have a 24/7 convenience store area in the lobby and a very nice free breakfast. It is a 30 second walk to the river, and there are a variety of amazing restaurants within walking distance. We chose this hotel because it was about 15 min outside of Niagara Falls. The price is lower being outside of the main tourist area. Be advised this is a older hotel, but the friendly staff, cleanliness, and charm of Lewiston make this place amazing. They also have a spa which we did not visit so i can not review but it looks lovely, and they host weddings and parties. There is also a bar in the lobby, which we did not visit. We did hear some music from the banquet hall below around midnight on a Saturday however we have a toddler, so we do not mind the noise too much! This a great for families with kids who want to run and play in the room and enjoy their vacation.Overall, scenic hotel on the river, quick drive to Niagara Falls, clean rooms, free breakfast, good for family time.

We were here for the New Year's Eve party. We live local, but wanted a fun night out. From the outside, the hotel is gorgeous. However, our room left alot to be desired. We were in room 217. The walls have paint chipping, the bathroom is extremely tired and in need of renovation. There's literally paint chipping off the door frame, very shotty patch work. The shower tiles are cracked and discolored. You literally hear EVERYTHING. From guests talking in the hallway, to guests just walking around in their room above you. The insulation is non existent. I didn't sleep at all. Very uncomfortable bed. The sheets feel like sandpaper. The pillows have to be down, which I'm allergic to because when my face was near them, I couldn't breathe. The food and atmosphere at the party made up for the room. It was very nice. The staff are so friendly. But this place should not be charging over $200/night when it's in serious need of a major upgrade.

We went for Easter brunch. Price was reasonable. Had to ask for certain things, unflavored coffee creamer, ketchup, Hot sauce . Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a good time 😊.

We are from greendale Indiana. My daughter and I stayed here few yrs. Back to visit a friend and visit the falls. What a wonderful hotel to stay. Very nice quite clean. And the breakfast was awsome. I would recommend this place to anyone. We stayed here again 4/10/ 2024.Under new ownership but not displease. Just as awsome as before. The stay this time was for a funeral. We lost our dear friend.May she rest in peace. And family received comfort from our dear lord.

Good value, but the place needs a refresh. Hotel and rooms are tired and show their age. On the plus side, the bed is comfortable and it's fairly inexpensive

Off season rates right now and ask for fisherman discounts!! You can stay in a river view room. For under $80. Very clean excellent service. Cozy bed and pillows. We will be back.

We chose this place because it was dog friendly! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were super clean. Close proximity to super nice restaurants on the river.
